About Deco
I was a member of the UGD
Jazz Academy big band for 3 years as well as many smaller ensembles, and am capable of directing small groups. I have taught from the AMEB, CPM, ANZCA Modern, Classical and
Rock syllabi. My students have all achieved outstanding grades whilst also learning a great deal of free choice repertoire. My student retention rate is very high and I always manage to
engender a great love of music in all of my pupils.

Rock syllabi. My students have all achieved outstanding grades whilst also learning a great deal of free choice repertoire.My focus is on music theory, various warm up exercises,aural tests,sight reading exercises, scales,chords, picking exercises,improvisation and rhythm structure.
