About Sunny
I am an experienced native language teacher and polyglot fluent in five languages: English, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, and Mandarin. I hold a TEFL teaching certificate and bring a diverse background in both education and professional linguistics to my students.
Teaching Experience
Classroom Instructor: I spent one year teaching at an English conversation school in Tokyo, managing diverse groups of learners.
Private Tutor: I have dedicated two years to working as a private English tutor, specifically tailoring my approach to help Japanese students excel.
Professional Background
Before transitioning into full-time teaching, I worked as a professional Japanese-English translator for Nintendo. This experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of how language functions in high-level professional environments.
