About Estela
I've been a professional gymnast for 14 years. I won the national championship twice and I was a high-performance athlete for 5 years in the uppest category. I've been teaching rhythmic gymnastics for 3 years in extracurricular activities at several schools, and for almost 2 years giving private lessons. Gymnastics is my passion and a very important part of my life, and I love sharing that passion with my students.

I try to make my lessons fun and dynamic without losing the discipline and motivation needed in this sport.
I try to adapt the level of the class according to the students so that everyone can make progress to excel whatever skills they have.
We will perform rhythmic gymnastics exercises focused on improving flexibility, balance, motor skills and body perception among many others. All of this also accompanied by games and activities that will make this learning more enjoyable.

Perfect! Ama la rítmica. Es una profesora excelente, explica genial, valora mucho el esfuerzo del alumno y la está animando muchísimo. Es una gran suerte contar con ella. Mi hija está feliz con ella y ya se nota el progreso.

Le encanta la rítmica y aprender cosas nuevas, también tiene mucha determinación y es por eso que avanza a pasos de gigante. Estoy muy orgullosa!
Además desde el primer momento me he sentido muy acogida tanto por ella como por su familia, es un placer darle clases. Estoy muy contenta y agradecida.
Perfect! Buenas tardes, nuestra hija lleva entrenando con Estela unos meses y estamos encantados, ha mejorado muchísimo, la da confianza en ella misma e ilusión, siempre la enseña cosas nuevas y cosas que parecía que no podría hacer lo va consiguiendo así que cada vez está más motivada para seguir entrenando. Estela es muy buena profesional, muy responsable, cariñosa, la da consejos como gimnasta y la hace ver que con esfuerzo y trabajo se puede conseguir casi todo así que seguiremos con sus clases porque va súper ilusionada con ella.
