Lifelong musician, and a professional calibre guitarist and saxophonist with recording and touring credits. I have taught professionally for 10 years and was the main guitar instructor at the Oxford School of music. I have taught over 50 students. Learning this instrument is not mandatory...so it had better be fun. I make sure of that!

The two most important body parts for any musician are the left and right ears. Ear training is ultra important. We all learn to talk before we learn to read. It is the same with music. I stress music theory also...especially towards understanding why music sounds like it does. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced players are all welcomed.
