About Fleur
With 12 years of experience as an ESL tutor, I have helped over 150 students across different proficiency levels develop strong and confident English communication skills. My teaching experience includes working with learners who need English for academics, career growth, travel, and daily communication.
I strongly believe in personalised learning as the foundation of effective teaching. Every student has unique needs, so I tailor my lessons to match their learning goals and pace. My lessons focus on building grammar accuracy, vocabulary strength, pronunciation, and speaking fluency.
My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and motivating. I encourage students to participate actively in discussions, role plays, and real-life communication exercises. This helps them gain confidence and improve naturally.
One of my key strengths is my ability to adapt to different learning styles and make lessons easy to understand. I provide detailed feedback and guidance to help students stay on track. I also focus on developing problem-solving skills in language learning.

My ESL teaching approach is based on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, ensuring that every learner feels valued and supported.
