About Lucy
Over 6 years teaching experience with a wide range of pupils from adults to children, and including those with learning disabilities. Have successfully encouraged others in allowing their creative skills to flourish, and in finding their confidence in the art they produce. Have illustrated for writers, poets, and children's books, and have organised exhibitions (both for myself and for my pupils), often resulting in the sale of their work.

I have a skill in drawing out the best in those I teach by letting the pupil take the lead, finding their strengths, and then working on those in order to grow in capabilities and strengths. Many a time it has been said to me by the pupil "I have no skill. I can't draw/paint/ect." Only for them to produce something they are proud of a short time after. I believe we ALL have creative ability, it's just about finding your style.
