Carlyss helped with my speeches for drama school and gave me some key audition technique, they also supported in some direction for a play I was in at Big Spirit Youth Theatre. She made me feel more confident in my acting ability and pushed me to build my strength in the arts. Shakespeare to me was gibberish at first but Carlyss helped us all understand the fun you can have around Shakespeare, and how you can easily translate it to modern text.

I had the pleasure of being taught by Carlyss for almost 10 years. She ignited my passion for acting and provided private coaching for my audition with the National Youth Theatre, helping me to eventually get into the NYT REP Company 22/23.
