My approach is practical and outcome-focused, with measurable improvements your team and clients will notice.
I prefer to use a coaching style where we can collaborate together on improving your skills. I like to do this using real world scenarios, either from your work/life or my own.
You can also bring your work to our sessions for us to review together. Typical session time is 1 hour, but I am open to longer sessions if required. All sessions are delivered online. The first 30 min session is free, so that we can meet each other and assess if I am a good fit for you.
We will co-develop a long term plan for what you'd like to achieve, which is important to guide our sessions.
Each session:
- We will set an agenda with clear outcomes, and see how that aligns to our long term plan
- We may use scenarios, documents, or templates to guide the session
- If relevant, I may provide you with additional reading materials or exercises to go through in your own time
