About Roman
I am an Iyengar yoga teacher with International Introductory-II certificate (issued by RIYMI) and also Russian national certificate. I have been doing yoga for 11 years, including studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and sports massage. I studied in India (in RIMYI and in Rishikesh), in Italy and Russia with the best Iyengar Yoga masters from Italy, the United States and Russia. As a young man I had 10 years of classical dance experience. I have been teaching yoga for 7 years and my specialty is private lessons. I have experience in teaching in Italy in the Italian and English languages. In the last few months I was doing a lot of online lessons with Italians.

Welcome all! If you have back / knee / neck pain etc. we can almost always find the solution and improve the situation! The means of Iyengar yoga and my experience allow it!
