About August
I have been musical all my life, with piano lessons as a fond early memory. I have enjoyed playing the saxophone as my main instrument for nearly a decade. I remained academically focused throughout high school, where I earned Florida Bright Futures scholarship, a Cambridge AICE diploma, and a President's Gold merit scholarship from the university I now attend. I am currently earning my Bachelor's of Music Education, graduating with honors in 2027.

I believe music has the power to teach a whole person the critical thinking, problem solving, and social-emotional skills that will empower their lives.
