About Adriana
I am an ex firefighter, I started to train in culinary as a way to relieve stress and after a couple of years I fell in love with the benefits of the ingredients you can use in the kitchen, the applications that they have to certain needs our body and mind has, and that is what I've been doing for the past 18 years. Plus I love teaching my cooks and clients and seeing them healthy and happy
