About KERRY
I studied foreign language teaching and Spanish in University. There I also obtained a certificate for teaching ESL, tutoring international graduate students to improve pronunciation and comprehension. After graduating from a US University in May 2015, I went to Madrid, Spain to teach English as a foreign language for two years. During that time I gave private lessons to small groups of young students as well as individual lessons to young people and adults.

The first thing I do with students is assess what they would like to gain from lessons as well as their current language level. Most of my experience is with lower language levels however I have also worked with more advanced students and have seen improvement in vocabulary and accent. I try to have students use the language as much as possible and prefer a fun and dynamic learning environment with songs and games where appropriate.
