About Ben Slima
My name is Chaima Ben Slima, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of programming and helping students discover the power of technology. I have experience teaching programming to children and teenagers through a STEM association in Tunisia, where I guided students through programming concepts using both French and English.
I believe that every student can learn programming with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My goal is to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving step by step.
With a background in Full-Stack Development and Machine Learning, combined with my teaching experience, I can help students build strong programming foundations while developing logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. I focus on understanding each student's needs and adapting my teaching style to their level and learning pace.
Whether a student is discovering programming for the first time or wants to improve their existing skills, I am committed to making lessons clear, engaging, and practical. I teach in both French and English, allowing students to learn in the language they feel most comfortable with.

My name is Chaima Ben Slima, I am a junior Machine Learning developer, and I have experience teaching programming to children and teenagers through a STEM association in Tunisia. During my experience as a programming coach, I taught students using both French and English, (I can speak both languages and teach using both languages) adapting my explanations and teaching style to their language preferences and learning levels.
I usually focus on building strong programming foundations through a combination of theory and practice. I believe that becoming a good programmer is not only about learning a programming language, but also about developing problem-solving skills and learning how to think logically. Before writing code, I help students understand how to analyze a problem, create a clear solution, and write algorithms step by step. Once they understand the logic behind the solution, they apply it practically by implementing their ideas on the computer.
During my lessons, I encourage students to ask questions, explore different solutions, and learn through practice. A typical lesson includes explaining a new concept, working through examples together, solving exercises, and applying the knowledge through small programming projects. I adapt the difficulty and pace depending on each student's age, level, and goals.
I can make programming accessible and enjoyable for beginners. I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, experimenting, and improving their skills. My goal is not only to teach them how to code, but also to help them develop the logical thinking and creativity needed to become confident programmers.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and beginners who want to discover programming or strengthen their skills in areas such as algorithms, problem-solving, Python, and programming fundamentals. I can provide lessons in both French and English to make learning more comfortable and effective for each student.
