About Maya
Hi my name is Maya. I am 22 years old and I am 2/3rds of the way through my primary teaching degree. I am really passionate about teaching and would describe my teaching style aa gentle and fair. I have experience in teaching primary age children (ages 4-11). My aim is for the child to gain confidence and begin to gain a love for the subject and for learning in general.

My lessons can comprise of any of the primary subjects your child requires help in. English, phonics, mathematics, Science, history, geography etc. They will run for either half an hour or an hour. I will work one on one with your child to patiently assist them to gain confidence in the subject(s). My aim is that I can also make these lessons fun.
