About Xiaolin
With over 16 years of diverse experience in teaching, educational leadership, and teacher training across international contexts, I currently contribute as an Education Professional and Virtual Intern at the University of Canterbury. My work involves designing evidence-based training resources, developing tutor onboarding and mentoring frameworks, and integrating current educational research into actionable teaching practices.
My mission is to create inclusive learning environments that foster student engagement and success. I bring extensive expertise in Teaching English and Chinese as a Foreign Language, workshop facilitation, and teacher training.
