As a primary school teacher in a Gaelscoil, I bring a structured, student-centered approach to teaching Irish, focusing on building confidence in both written and spoken language. I aim to create a relaxed, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable using Gaeilge, no matter their starting level. Conversational practice to develop fluency and ease in speaking Targeted grammar and vocabulary support to strengthen writing skills Role-play, storytelling, and games for younger learners to make learning fun and memorable Exam-focused support for Junior and Leaving Cert students, including past paper practice, oral prep, and structured writing tasks Lessons are always adapted to suit each student's needs, learning style, and goals. Typical Lesson Length A typical session lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the age and attention span of the student. I’m flexible with timing to suit family schedules. Qualifications and Experience I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with several years of experience teaching through Irish in a Gaelscoil.
