About Fay
I am currently a student at Nottingham Trent University, studying Primary Education (BA, with QTS) in my third year. I have lots of experience teaching with placements on my course - my most recent being reaching 80% of teaching for 3 months in a year 5 class. I have experience with SEN and EAL. I am also a deputy manager of a children’s holiday camp so I am used to and love getting learning creative!

I approach each topic by ensuring I understand the outcome that is required by the National Curriculum. I try to make learning as explorative as possible, using different visual resources to help build up children's understanding. I think that praise is very important for building confidence and creating a comfortable learning environment.
