About Brian
Teaching English has been a journey of growth not just for my students, but for me as well. Over the past 12 years, I have worked as an ESL tutor with high school and college students, helping around 150 to 200 learners improve their English. I focus on making learning simple, practical, and effective.
I work on grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills, especially speaking and writing. I understand that every student has different challenges, so I adapt my teaching methods accordingly. One of my proudest milestones is seeing students gain confidence in using English.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication skills. My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and student-centered. My goal is to help students grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.

My ESL teaching methodology is built around helping students communicate clearly and confidently in real life. I use real-life examples and case studies to explain how English is used in daily situations such as conversations, emails, presentations, and social interactions.
This makes learning more practical and easy to understand. I focus on motivation by encouraging students and creating a positive environment where they feel comfortable to speak and learn from mistakes. I include problem-solving activities like role-plays, discussions, and real-life tasks to improve fluency and thinking skills.
I follow integrity by giving honest and clear feedback to help students improve step by step. I also maintain flexibility by adjusting lessons based on each student’s needs, goals, and learning pace. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills to ensure complete language development.
