About Elena
Structured & Alignment-Based Yoga for Strength and Well-Being Yoga is my lifelong practice—a gentle process, a path of alignment, and a journey of continuous learning. I am deeply inspired by its holistic philosophy and feel incredibly grateful to have yoga as a guiding force in my life. Becoming a teacher has allowed me to share this transformative practice and help others develop a regular, beneficial, and sustainable yoga practice. With over 20 years of personal practice and three years of teaching experience, I have worked with mixed groups, seniors, and children, ensuring that my approach is adaptable to different needs. I am currently working towards my Iyengar Yoga certification (2025) and have completed: 200+ hours of training under the guidance of a Senior Iyengar Teacher 100+ hours of Anatomy studies for deeper knowledge of movement and alignment Additional training in Touch for Health Kinesiology What You Can Expect in My Classes: Personalized, No-Hype Approach – One of my students shared, "I love your no-hype classes!" Alignment-Based, Safe, and Supportive Practice – Strong focus on precision, breath, and injury prevention Holistic and Mindful Teaching – Blending tradition with modern anatomy insights for a balanced practice Class Offerings: Private Sessions (1 hour) – $60 (tailored to your personal goals) Group Classes (min. 3 people) – $22 per person Morning Flow (40 min) – A structured, energizing practice Restorative Yoga – Gentle, deep relaxation for stress relief I offer a professional, welcoming space where you can explore yoga at your own pace.
