About Boyana
I’ve always been a lifelong learner, curious about what makes people tick and how we can lead more intentional, fulfilling lives. My approach draws on a blend of professional experience and a long-standing personal interest in what actually works for growth.
But my passion lies in my personal development journey. From navigating my own 1:1 and group therapy sessions to diving deep into the work of personal growth experts, manifestation coaches, and habit-building programmes, I’ve spent years "testing" what works. I know firsthand what it feels like to be stuck, and more importantly, I know the practical, daily habits that actually shift your mindset and build lasting confidence.
I’m an observer by nature, and I have a keen eye for the small patterns that hold us back. I believe in helping you design a life that feels authentic to you.
