About Adam
I'm a second year undergraduate at Oxford University reading Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Before this I was at St Paul's School where I took A Levels in Maths, Physics, Politics, and Latin. As such I am happy to give classes in all of these up to GCSE. I have some experience as a classroom volunteer for young children in Maths, English, and reading. I have also tutored younger relatives in a number of subjects.

I'm happy to work in a flexible manner that suits whomever I'm tutoring. My belief is that the only way to get good grades is first to understand the material conceptually and then practising until it comes naturally. As such, I'd start my working out which areas of the syllabus are most problematic and going through various ways to approach it with a variety of different exercises until it sticks. I'd eventually move the student onto using past papers, which I would mark and go through with the student.
