About Alida
I would like to serve a student-friendly atmosphere and it is clear in the previous writing. I don't prefer explaining the theory directly from the reference text; rather, I would like to make them experience the beauty of the subject by means of examples and demonstrations. I will help the children to make them capable of finding the answer to their problem themselves, and every student in my class will have a role to do, either he/she will be a teacher, singer, storyteller, etc., depending on their ability and perception. I will never be a taskmaster to give tasks to children; rather, I will make them feel that the tasks are no more tasks by injecting them with the ocean of knowledge.

She is my colleague and I have know her from my college life. She keep some moral values, she usually dislikes the attitude of some teachers to students. She always believes in practices than theoretical classes and i believe that she can serve well as a teacher.
