As a teacher, I aim to create a relaxed yet structured learning environment. My approach focuses on breaking down complex concepts into digestible pieces, ensuring that learning feels accessible and engaging. I like to make connections to real-world examples to help students relate to what they’re learning, making the material feel more practical and relevant.
I encourage active participation and questions—nothing should be off-limits if it helps clarify the topic and assuring for conceptual understanding of topics. My goal is to foster a back-and-forth exchange, where I guide but also adapt to students’ needs, allowing them to discover solutions or insights themselves through supportive discussions.
