I am a student who enjoys making people feel positive and comfortable with life. I aim to help people and give advice for any issues or stressful periods of time, even just coping mechanisms! I have previously helped my loved ones, and feel i am ready to help others.

I approach this by listening to the client/ student and making sure i am aware of what the person needs. I am open to listening first and allowing them to chat in between, then begin suggesting what they could try doing to calm down.
