I’m a very passionate pole dancer and absolutely enjoy and love teaching and love making friends through pole community. I have been poling for 6 years, been qualified for 3 and a half years and I’ve been teaching for 3 years.

Hi everyone. My name is Bahar and I’m a Waltham Abbey based pole dancer and instructor in UK. I offer private classes ranging from beginner to advanced level focused on tricks, pole choreography/flow sensual/exotic and floorwork. I’m based in Waltham Abbey and I offer face to face and online teaching, depending on what’s more convenient for you. Very highly recommended.I met Bahar through a friend and she has been dedicated to her pole journey. She is very friendly, warm welcoming and encouraging when supporting me in getting my pole strength back and showing me different variations to previous moves I have learnt in the past, as well as some new moves.
