Pole dancing and movement classes for all levels online and face to face in London:)

Having a background in martial arts, Mad was very patient with me, giving me the right instructions and excercises to increase my flexibility and adjust my movement to pole dancing. Totally recommended, thanks Mad!

While I was in London for a vacation this home studio was recommended to me by a friend, so I went there and had my first introductory Pole class with Mad. It was an amazing experience! Within the time of the class, I developed a fully new awereness of how my body can move in space, I gained confidence with the pole, and I got the motivation to further explore this fascinating practice. And most importantly, I had fun! Mad is very knowledgeable and relaxed, and the lessons take place in the cozy space of her room. Warmly recommended!

Mad is a great tutor! She really knows the technique: sometimes a small adjustement in the body position may help you achieve the trick you've been working on for ages, and she really helped me feel the difference! She is very patient and lovely as well, I would highly recommend her for private classes

I’ve been training with Domi for 3 years and Mad for 2. They are both extremely professional. They’re also super happy to help you adjust the moves to the level of difficulty you need while still encouraging you to progress which for me is the right balance in a pole trainer!
