About Maheshika
Maheshika is a playful yoga instructor whose classes are powerful, playful, heartfelt and creative. She started loving yoga few years back and grew her passion towards it constantly after she explored the peace and joy through Yoga. Yoga has been her life in a very short time period. She finds her calmness, flexibility and strength has increased since she stared practicing Yoga. Her definition for Yoga is peace, joy ,love and letting go with mindfulness. Maheshika loves to create sequences based on different themes combined with fitness passion she has in her. She encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self because of the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and to the universe at large. She has completed her 200 hour teacher training and is registered under Yoga Alliance.--
