About Astrid
I am a dedicated piano tutor with a master’s degree in music and 9 years of teaching experience. My passion for the piano started early in life and has grown through years of study, performance, and teaching. I believe that music is a powerful form of expression, and I strive to help students discover their own unique musical voice. Over the years, I have taught students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced pianists preparing for exams and recitals. I tailor my teaching approach to meet each student’s individual needs, ensuring that lessons are both challenging and enjoyable. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel motivated to practice and grow. My teaching focuses on developing strong technical skills, sight-reading, and musical interpretation. I incorporate a wide range of repertoire to keep lessons engaging and relevant, including classical, jazz, and contemporary pieces. Beyond technique, I emphasize creativity and expression to help students connect emotionally with the music they play. What I find most rewarding is witnessing my students’ progress and confidence grow over time.
