About Kairos
Kairos Lei is a pianist from Macau who served as director of The Macau Youth Association for Classical Music and rewarded twice as The Outstanding Piano Teacher by Asia Students Arts Festival. She started to learn piano by the age of 8 and is qualified for Grade 8 piano by Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music since 14 years old.
With 8-year experience in teaching piano, vocals, and accompanying, Kairos helps each student find their footing and confidence in music. Her students received multiple awards in local piano competitions as well as good results (merit & distinguish) in ABRSM and AMEB exams. Based on the individual's needs, she typically aims at the cultivation of musicianship, sight reading, and music theory in a relaxed and lively way.
Her specialty in teaching piano in particular is working with young kids and beginners, helping them explore and play classical music for the first time in a fun yet disciplined manner. She hopes to foster students a lifelong interest in piano and co-create fun learning experience, as well as enable them to discover the joy of sharing music.
