About Kerri
I began learning the piano myself when I was eight years old, and had lessons throughout the rest of my school years. My piano teaching experience has been mostly with The Primary Music Institute, teaching keyboard to primary school students in groups of up to five at a time. I did this on average for two days a week for around six years. The children did improve, especially with their knowledge of music theory.

My lessons would be most suitable for beginners. I would work hard to include music theory and playing in lessons, as both are important. Pieces that students want to learn would also be included where possible. I would try to make lessons fun.
