I teach individuals as young as four years old, if parents can support daily practice. Older students can be reassured that arthritis can help good piano technique.
I prefer the Faber piano method for beginners, since it discourages equating finger numbers with notes.
I incorporate some of the Dorothy Taubman school of piano technique, not to cure but to prevent the bad technique that can cause repetitive motion injuries.
Because I teach individuals one at a time, classroom disruption is not a problem.

Most lessons are a half hour each week, for $15.00 a week. Longer lessons are available. I assume you have access to a piano or keyboard for daily practice.
