The programs are tailored to you, your needs, your goals and your abilities. Progressiveness is the key to achieving goals without ever getting hurt. As a physiotherapist, I know the body very well and I am used to adapting to each one. The Pilates method is a gentle gymnastics adapted to everyone in order to strengthen weak muscles and to lengthen and stretch tense muscles. We work the muscles in depth, flexibility and length. In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions, you will see the difference, in 30 sessions, you will have a brand new body. We can work with or without equipment depending on your wishes.
Classes take place via video to allow more availability. Individual or group. We regularly carry out assessments to know where you are and adapt the objectives. Lessons are individual or group.
