About Daniel
Hi! I'm Dan and I am a first year university student studying physics. I have always loved physics, it is probably the most interesting thing in the world for me, apart from maybe the football (I am a Liverpool fan). I play the piano all the time, and football multiple times a week. I am certain that learning musical instruments has developed my discipline and appreciation for the learning process, and playing team sports my whole life means I can communicate my ideas clearly and succinctly.

I have 3 years of experience tutoring in maths and physics, and have tutored 8 students in total! In my A-levels, I achieved an A star in maths and physics and an A in further maths. Typically my lessons can last 45 minutes or an hour, it all depends on your preferences! I believe that understanding the fundamental concepts, followed by example and practice questions is the key to success with maths and physics, this technique has served my students and me well so far! For me, setting a goal is essential to the learning process, and it is the first thing we will do in every lesson. For example, 'the goal for this lesson is to understand the concept of specific heat capacity. My lessons are for anybody studying at A-level standard or below!
