About Shashank
• After I passed the toughest engineering entrance exam of India, called IIT-JEE, with a very good score, some junior students reached out to me to ask for help with their preparations for the same exam. So I started home tutoring them in Physics and Mathematics. After a few months, after reaching college I tutored them remotely for almost 2 years to help them reach their goal. Ultimately all of them got admission in good colleges.
• I was appointed as Teaching Assistant during my college days for courses like Solid Mechanics. During my tenure I helped junior students with their homework and answering their doubts. I also helped Professors with grading the assignment solutions submitted by students,
• I have worked at Chegg India as an expert for Physics. I provided detailed solutions to the students for the problems they uploaded. My student satisfaction score there was close to 90%.

My lectures are interactive, students can ask questions. I precisely break down the syllabus into subtopics, then explain the concepts from their most basic form to advanced level, then numerical part follow naturally. I first explain the conceptual framework and give real-life examples to develop an intuition for concepts, then explain how they can apply concepts to solve numerical problems and also give them visual/geometric intuition underlying calculations. Then I set reasonable homework.
