About Max
I am current UCT honours student with a passion for all things Maths and Physics related. Throughout my undergraduate degree I studied Applied Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics and graduated with distinction. During High School I tutored Mathematics to lower grades. I am a very patient, compassionate and understanding person and I truly put 100% effort into everything that I do.

I am looking to teach students ranging from high school to second year of university. As a teacher I aim to the emulate the environment of studying with a friend rather than being with a teacher. I am comfortable teaching in English and I understand Afrikaans conversationally. Typically lessons will involve either going through homework problems which I have assigned or helping guide school homework problems and assignments if the week had a large volume of work already. Additionally, concepts that the student is not quite grasping will be unpacked and taught thoroughly. Finally, for lessons close to test and exam sessions, past tests will not only be assigned to the student but also covered in the lessons.
