About Jose
Hello! I am thrilled that you are considering joining this program. Before we even start our first session, I want to introduce myself and share the core belief that drives everything we will do together. My name is Jose Hurrinath, and my path to becoming a physical trainer was not just a career choice—it was a personal transformation. Like many people, I once struggled with chronic back pain, finding sustainable motivation, recovering from a specific injury. This struggle was frustrating; I felt lost in generic fitness advice that didn't work for my body. That's when I dedicated myself to learning the true science of movement, biomechanics, and sustainable health. I realized that effective training isn't about brute force; it's about intelligent, individualized strategy. Today, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist. More importantly, I've spent 2 years successfully guiding people just like pain-free movement, elite performance, life-changing body composition. I don't just teach fitness; I live the principles I will share with you. I know exactly what it takes to break through barriers and build a body you are proud of. I am not just here to count your reps; I am here to partner with you on a journey to sustainable strength, resilience, and optimal movement.
