About Timothy
I am a young, ambitious and friendly photographer and film-maker who studied these subjects along with graphic design and web in a 3 year course (equivalent to A levels) in Switzerland. I have over 2 years of experience working professionally as a freelancer and giving lessons.
I love to share not only my knowledge and experience but also my passion and enthusiasm for these subjects.

I give lessons to anyone who is starting or already knows the basics and want to take their craft further by structuring the lessons based on what the student wants to do and where they are starting from. I like to teach in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere but with a goal-based perspective.
We will dive into your chosen subjects ranging from technical things like exposure (aperture, shutter speed and ISO), white balance, lenses and their focal lengths; and more creative aspects like angles, framing, composition, staging and lighting.
I also offer retouch and colour-grading lessons on Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Timothy have an effective and straightforward teaching approach. It took me only few lessons to be able to create flyers on my own!
Timothy is a great graphic designer with an impressive attention to details. As a tutor he was very patient and gave clear and easy to understand lessons but also helped me learn Photoshop skills in a really short time. I highly recommend him as a teacher.
