Kanchana has been my supervisor for my VIVA for the Chartered Qualification in HRM. She sets realistic goals and gives reasonable deadlines to complete those goals and unlocked my potential. Plus, she is a good listener and always pays attention to the details which helped me to get a distinction on my Viva. Kanchana is well qualified and has always being helpful. I am glad to have worked with her and have no hesitation recommending her. She instills pride, confidence, and positive energy in everyone. Ms. Kanchana Mendis, provided thorough explanations of each chapter of my LLM thesis and offered valuable guidance on how to structure it, though she is not a legal expert. Her support and the guidance helped me immensely to pass my LLM with a merit.

After our parents, it is the teacher who inculcates good values and wisdom into our lives. They play a very important role in every student's life. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to our teachers, therefore we dedicate 5th of September to all our beloved teachers who have taught us something about life and helped us to become a better individuals. After finishing our high school and college, we tend to somehow forget our revered teachers who have been the building blocks of where we are today. So on this day, let us remember all our mentors and teachers and send them a gratitude message for playing such an important role in our lives.
