About Abigail
I am a PhD student in economics. My research focus is at the intersection between economics, psychology, and sociology. I have experience working with neurodivergent students, later in life students, doing Zoom tutoring and in person. I have tutored statistics, economics, and mathematics. I enjoy making practice problems or examples in tutoring that reflect the interests of my students, so they can engage with the material in a personal way.

The goal of my lessons is not to help the student memorize the material to do well on a test; I want my students to really understand why the things they are learning should matter to them, and gain a rigorous understanding of the material.
