About Lewis
Through my PhD studies I have accumulated hundreds of hours of teaching whether large classes, one-to-one, or within smaller groups.
I began tutoring students during my A-Levels, giving one to one or running dynamic group sessions to AS and A-Level biology students. Throughout the final year of my undergraduates I acted as a mentor offering academic advice and guidance to first and second year students. During my MSc, I began private tutoring and have met with great success for both my tututees and my self.

Hi, I am currently studying for a PhD in biomedical science and hold a BSc (hons) in molecular and microbial biomedical sciences and an MSc in biological sciences research.
I teach secondary and A-Level students across mathematics, chemistry, physics and primarily biology. I believe each student learns via different techniques and at different paces. As such I aim to incorporate differing teaching techniques into my lesson plans such as multimedia, past papers, and memory aids to help each student reach their potential.
I am a friendly and patient person, who always takes time to clearly explain ideas in sciences in a way that best fits the student’s needs.

Lewis is a reliable, dedicated well organised and structured young man, who demonstrates a good ability to help others understand complex matters, he is academically skilled and highly thought of by his peers.
He has been invaluable these past few years whilst I was studying at university.
