About Nishani Kaushalya Mudalige
I commenced my initial career endeavour on June 2nd, 2014, assuming the role of a Temporary Lecturer at the Department of Management Studies, Faculty of Arts at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Since I began working immediately after graduating as a temporary lecturer, academia has always been a major focus of mine. On September 5, 2016, I was given the chance to join the Department of Business Finance at the Faculty of Management at the University of Peradeniya as a permanent lecturer after working as a temporary lecturer for two years and three months. In recognition of my dedication and persistent efforts, I attained the position of Senior Lecturer (Grade II) as granted by the esteemed Council of the University of Peradeniya in the year 2021. At present, I am employed at the Department of Business Finance within the Faculty of Management, where I hold the position of Senior Lecturer (Grade II). Meanwhile, I successfully obtained a full-time Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2018 with a cumulative grade point average of 3.33 out of 4.0. Now I am a full time PhD student with a full scholarship who is on study leave from my career.

I H.M.N.K Mudalige is a PhD Student at Faculty of Law & Business, Australian Catholic University, Melbourne. Further I am on study leave from my present job in Sri Lanka where I work as a Senior Lecturer (Grade II) in the Department of Business Finance, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. I have been working in the department since 05th September 2016. My responsibilities involved in this position included conducting of lectures related to Management, Accounting & Finance in English medium for the undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce degree programmes. Further I supervised undergraduate dissertations in English medium and I taught in Master of Accounting & Finance and Master of Science in Accounting & Finance programmes in English medium also.
I like to use one to one teaching with online platform where I can explain all necessary lessons. I am capable of teaching Management related subjects in all levels.
