About Safiye
I am currently a PhD researcher at UL and from Turkey. Playing the ney is my great hobby. I am looking forward to share my experiences with someone else who eagers to learn this primitive instrument :) I believe in myself to teach it since I have one year experience of teaching to a group of people.

I have been playing the ney since 2008. It is a traditional instrument, mostly is used in Turkish Classical Music. Its sound is deeply impressive and you need patient. I have experience to teach it. Without knowing the musical notes it s hard to learn the ney, so the tutorials will cover to teach them as well. I can provide the instrument, no worries on that.
