About Dr Matthew
Hi! My name is Matt Geer and I am a final year PhD student in music, and a graduate of the prestigious Guildhall School in London. I have an extraordinary passion in music education and work for the Ulster Orchestra, Northern Irelands only full-time professional orchestra. I am patient, encouraging and incredibly enthusiastic of all levels of music and want to push you to the best of your ability. I live in a rural hamlet in Northern Ireland with my two beautiful guinea pigs, Douglas and Leo!

I provide expert tuition in all levels of music, from primary age right through to masters level. I have a particular interest in tutoring GCSE, A-Level and IB students, as well as working with pupils towards graded music theory examinations. I also tutor on the piano, electronic keyboard and organ.
