About Teresa

I am a Spanish with a PhD in Humanities and for some years I have been teaching Spanish to many people.

In these years I have not only taught other people to speak and read Spanish, but I have also shared my knowledge about my culture, traditions and heritage.

But the most important thing is how many things I learn about other cultures, including my own, while teaching Spanish.

It is very enriching to teach, because by teaching you learn new things every day.

About the lesson

I am a PhD in Humanities with several years experience teaching Spanish.

The Spanish lessons including grammar, vocabulary, reading, comprehension, listening skill and conversation.

You will be able to learn Spanish, but also about its culture, traditions, lifestyle and heritage.

The lessons are adapted to different levels, so it's okay if you don't know any Spanish.

Photocopies with grammar and vocabulary are provided, but you can bring a pen and a notebook if you want to.

Although the lessons are private, it is possible to bring a friend if you want to learn together (up to three people).

The lesson is 1 hour.

Tere is a fantastic teacher, with great teaching skills and years of experience. She is a native Spanish speaker and capable to adapt to different learning levels. The classes include grammar, vocabulary, speaking, reading, listening and even knowledge about spanish culture and traditions, and always with a fun vibe! She is really friendly and makes the lessons really interactive and engaging. If you are in Hobart, she also offers face-to-face lessons.
