About Anissa
I'm pleased to assist with your academic work and would like to introduce myself. I'm Dr. Anissa Haddadi, holding a BA in Politics and African Studies from SOAS, an MA in International Conflict Studies from King’s College, and a PhD in International Relations from the LSE. I have taught four courses at LSE as a graduate assistant: International Relations: Theories, Concepts and Debates; International Political Theory; International Relations of the Middle East; and International Political Theory, Methods, and Concepts. I also served as the main research assistant for Prof. Fawaz A. Gerges, a Professor of International Relations at LSE, London. My work included research and editing on his books, such as Contentious Politics in the Middle East, ISIS: A Short History, Making the Arab World: Nasser, Qutb, and the Clash That Shaped the Middle East, and another upcoming book about the Middle East. Currently, I am leading several publication projects and working on a book proposal, which offers me flexible hours. I look forward to hearing from you if you're interested.

I customise my lessons to meet each student's specific needs. I offer support with essay structure, argumentation, critical analysis, and theories and concepts in international relations and Contemporary Political Theory. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing my students grow, broaden their intellectual horizons, and achieve excellent grades as tutoring progresses. In the first lesson, I perform a thorough assessment of each student, which helps me develop a detailed study plan. Since every student is different, I tailor all lesson aspects accordingly. Each subsequent session is carefully planned, usually combining key subjects. I have university-level teaching and grading experience, and I have been a private tutor for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
