About Evan
I am a qualified chemical scientist with a PhD in Chemistry from the University of the Western Cape.
Throughout my postgraduate studies, I gained extensive experience in teaching, mentoring and supporting students with scientific concepts, research projects and problem-solving.
I am patient, approachable and passionate about helping students build confidence in Mathematics and Science. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit the individual and explain complex concepts in a clear, practical and relatable way.
My goal is not only to help students improve their marks, but also to develop the critical-thinking and problem-solving skills they need to succeed independently.
