About Padmanabh
I have a PhD in Chemistry with extensive research experience in the field of chemical research. I also have college level teaching experience of more than 5 years in different universities. I am very passionate about teaching and the process of knowledge transfer brings me joy.

My approach for knowledge transfer has 3 steps:
1) Generate interest in students about the topic by demonstrating why should they care about the topic and how it impacts their day to day life.
2) Once they are interested in the topic, then I will use all the means possible such as animations, videos, youtube or any audio/video content for delivering the conceptual clarity.
3) Then I encourage students to find that concept around us in their day to day life examples.
My expertise in Chemistry, combined with the teaching experience positions me well for knowledge transfer process.
