About Peter
My name is Peter, and I am a PhD-trained chemist and experienced instructor with a strong passion for teaching and student success. I hold a doctorate in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso and degrees in Chemical Engineering, and I have several years of experience teaching and mentoring students at the university level.
Throughout my academic and teaching career, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and ability levels, helping them master challenging subjects such as chemistry, math, and computational topics. I am known for being patient, well-organized, and highly dedicated to each student’s progress. My goal is always to create a supportive, respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
