About Hagos
I believe in the power of personalized support and active involvement in learning. I have always been passionate about natural sciences and excelled academically. I completed high school at a boarding school focused on natural sciences, which prepared me for engineering. I earned my BSc in Biological and Chemical Engineering, followed by three years as an assistant lecturer. I then pursued an MSc in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Engineering and worked as a lecturer until starting my PhD at Auburn University last fall. Throughout my academic journey, I have loved math and natural sciences and gained teaching and tutoring experience, including tutoring community students during my BSc.
