I value Real-World Learning and focus on collaboration. My communication skills, and understanding of the emotional world of children, especially at the elementary level, are my greatest strengths as a teacher. I do not find it hard to gain the trust of the students, because I understand how they feel in different situations and can choose the right words in my lesson.
